What is Qigong?
Qigong (also spelled Chi Kung) involves powerful techniques of movement, breath and mental focus that can help anyone and everyone achieve and maintain better energy balance and with it improved health and higher levels of performance.
Throughout her life, Rebecca has been keenly interested in health, fitness, movement and the mind-body connection. She is certified to teach Wild Goose Qigong by Medical Qigong Master, Dr. Bingkun Hu in Berkeley CA. She is also a certified Qigong and Tai Chi instructor by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in Santa Barbara, CA. She is a testament to the healing powers of Qigong.
